Nestled in the idyllic Urjanagar Township, DAV Public School, Urjanagar was established in collaboration with Eastern Coal Fields Ltd. in 1994. Far from maddening crowd of cities, this prestigious Educational Institute is situated in the district of Godda, 60 km away from Bhagalpur,  an important hub of trade and commerce in Bihar, and 110km away from Deoghar – a holy shrine in Jharkhand.
